The check-in process was smooth, but the room was a disaster. There were bloodstains on the bed, and the whole room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. We arrived late at night and only stayed for one night, so we just laid a blanket over the bed and tried to sleep. The rest of the room was a mess, and it definitely didn't match the photos. The breakfast was just a bunch of rice and other stuff dumped on our door at 6:30 am, with no warning.

The location was great, and the service was okay, but the room we stayed in on the first floor was really bad. The walls were cracked and damp, and the bathroom and toilet needed a good clean. We were expecting a lot more based on the photos.

The hotel's location was perfect, right next to a market and shops, and the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the photos didn't match the reality - the room needed repairs, with peeling wallpaper and a generally unimpressive look. The bedding was also subpar, with holes and stains.
