The location was great and the facilities were clean and tidy, but the noise from the slippers made it hard to sleep.

設備がきれい。. 共用でかまわないので、せめてテレビ1台くらいはおいたほうがよい。

I discovered that I had accidentally clicked twice when booking, ending up with a double reservation, which was disappointing. Also, the mattress was too soft for my back pain, so it was uncomfortable.

駅近くの立地にもかかわらず、たまたまだと思うが、利用客が少なかった。 もし人が多かったらカプセルホテル状態の2段ベッドは夜間の移動に気を使うと思うが、1人部屋を利用したらゆっくりできると思う。 Although it’s located near the station, there happened to be few guests when I stayed. If it were crowded, the capsule-style bunk beds might make it inconvenient to move around at night, but if you book a private room, you should be able to relax comfortably. 1人部屋の天井が吹き抜けであること。夜間は荷物の整理の際、音を立てないように気を使うかも。 The private room has an open ceiling. At night, you might need to be mindful of noise when organizing your belongings

I was very close to Saga Station, the bus centre, a supermarket, and Eki Machi 1‑chome. I bought a JR Kipp without carrying luggage in the morning, shopped at Eki Machi 1‑chome, returned, took a break, and then checked out. Although the staff are said not to be present full‑time, they were there and handled check‑in, room directions, and questions politely. Check‑in is listed as 16:00–21:00, but they said it was fine to arrive after 21:00. After 23:00 the staff are absent, so if you don’t know the number listed in the booking confirmation, you won’t be able to enter the hotel, so be careful. There is a fridge. There is no microwave, kettle, or dishes, so I wanted to boil water for instant miso soup but couldn’t. I heard that the kitchen was cleared because guests misused it; a food explosion in the microwave almost caused a fire, which is regrettable. Black slippers were provided, but it was unclear whether they were for the room or for shared areas (shower, toilet, dining space). If they were for the room, the slipper noise was annoying, so I didn’t want to use them. If they’re for shared areas, it would be convenient not to wear slip‑on shoes. I now think they’re probably for shared areas.
