The price was reasonable but you get what you pay for; rooms were unfinished with holes in the bathroom walls and were not clean.

Staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, Robert was very arrogant and shouldn't manage the property; everything was gross.

I liked the price, comfort and convenience of the room. It was clean, free of bed bugs, and the towels and sheets were fresh and smelled nice; the bed was made fresh each day. The front‑desk staff were great, giving us suggestions on where to eat in town and recommending a fantastic Indian restaurant. The TV guide that came with the remote was accurate. The motel isn’t in a “seedy” part of town; its exterior doesn’t quite look like a Hilton (which is kind of crazy to expect better from the lowest‑cost hotel/motel in town) but the rooms themselves are clean and comfortable. Across the street are at least four houses with occupants who own pretty nice SUVs, and those houses are well maintained. The whole street looks like a typical small‑town middle‑class neighborhood. On Friday and Saturday nights until about midnight some kids were rumbling down the street in their souped‑up pickups, but that could happen on any street in town on the weekend. It’s a middle‑class neighborhood, not a run‑down area of town. The motel has friendly service and is clean. For what I paid it was a good deal. The only downside was that it took about 3 or 4 minutes for hot water to reach the shower, but it eventually kicked in and I showered without problems. I also had to turn the heat on in my room when I arrived because it was spring and the days are hot compared to the nights, which are still a bit cold. After about an hour the room was reasonably warm for the evening and night.

Just a place to sleep, and it was near a couple of bowling alleys for the state tournament.
