“Excellent value for the money”

The place is well located, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is good, and it was much quieter than I had imagined when I booked, plus the staff were communicative; I would definitely come back. The staircase was very narrow, so I only brought a small cabin‑size suitcase, which didn’t bother me this time.

“Good location that's the only bonus”

The location was convenient near Victoria coach and train station, yet the room was not clean, the curtains needed a wash, the windows were dirty, and there was only one pillow each. There was no spoon to stir the coffee, which wasn’t the best but we paid for it, and it was only 2 nights so my wife cleaned what she could with wet wipes. The bathroom was okay.

“Exactly what I expected. Great location”

The spot was perfect, just a stone's throw from the train station and Hyde Park, but we stayed in peak summer and the room felt sweltering; only one fan worked well, and even that couldn't cool it enough. I asked the host for another fan or a portable AC, but she said that wasn’t possible.
