The place feels safe and secure, yet the walk from the pathway to the main lobby is long and not safe for elderly guests.
The security guards were polite and helpful, but I was surprised to learn that pool access costs extra and gym access is only for long‑term tenants, and I also had some trouble during check‑in.

I had to drag all my bags to the room without bell boys, the room lacked a house phone, and the parking was too far away; it should be closer or inside the building.
