I expected at least a bottle of water at the house’s expense at 38°C. I did not expect air conditioning, but perhaps a fan, especially since our ground‑floor room was right next to the hotel’s parking entrance. The toilet in the underground bathroom was a disaster.

“Schönes Hotel am See”

The location is wonderful with a view of the lake, and we ate very well in the evening. The staff were very friendly. The bathroom is too cramped for slightly larger people. I also have to point out a common issue in many hotels: for the “sweet breakfasters” there are only these bland, pre‑packed “pseudo‑preserves”. I learned to always bring my own jam, which is sad because a good breakfast really sets a nice start to the day!

“Ein solides Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und Parkplätzen”

A solid hotel that, in my view (perhaps only in summer), was a bit too expensive overall. During the rest of my trip I stayed multiple times in cheaper hotels that offered more. Otherwise everything was fine, the staff were very friendly and helpful. A confusion about whether I had already paid (I had) was only clarified the next day, but that happens. Overall a good location for the region. Parking is great right behind the building. The breakfast was good.
