The place was well‑situated, though not right on the beach, which is the main draw of the city; it was only about 15 minutes walking, but in September, when it was scorching hot, that felt excessive. The staff were fantastic—friendly and easy to deal with. The rooms, beds, and the hostel overall were very clean. Breakfast was simple yet plenty and well‑made. Nothing else to note.

The location was good and check‑in was available 24 h. The cleanliness left something to be desired; on the side of the bunk there was a lot of accumulated trash that stayed there throughout our stay, even though the room was cleaned daily. The main issue was that on our penultimate night, without any prior notice, all the lockers in our room were broken into to replace the lock system (from a simple key to a padlock). That was completely inappropriate—after we left in the morning and locked our valuables, we came back to find two men breaking into our lockers, which made dust and dirt spread over all our belongings.
