The location is less than 2 km from the center. The apartment is a key box; access is laborious, poorly explained, and when we called the owner because the keypad lock had gone into safety mode she hung up on us (luckily we managed another attempt and got in). The common areas are poorly insulated (we heard other tenants enter at night). The “toiletries” listed in the ad are actually a shower gel bottle. Absolutely not suitable for large luggage or people with limited mobility.

Beautiful historic building with a birdcage elevator. Central location, just a few steps from metro and tram stops. Air conditioning, clean and comfortable. No WiFi, but that’s not a big deal.

I liked the cleanliness, but the extra 70 € charge felt like a theft; the hotel was booked for a specific start and end time, yet they added unexpected fees even though we arrived on time.
