A peaceful spot by the sea, welcoming staff and a superb room. A 15‑minute drive to eateries. Parking is fine. The downstairs event began at 8 pm and the hopeless band played past 10 pm until almost 1 am, making sleep difficult. No breakfast options and the kitchen was closed for the season, so we had to drive for food.

The bar and food were nice. The rooms were clean and the music was good. The Guinness was really good. The rooms are a bit small and you can overhear other rooms.

The location was perfect, the staff brilliant, and the food good. The view from the window looked out onto a big white marquee.

The layout was fine. The power outlets didn’t work, so there was no TV and I couldn’t charge my phone. I reported this to the staff, but nothing was done. There was no breakfast, and no staff were around when I was leaving the hotel.
