The rooms are beautifully designed, like a magazine cover. The property is breathtaking. With new manager Patrick Schori at the helm, this place is only going to improve. Patrick introduced himself and was keen to get feedback on how best to enhance our experience. We had eating concerns led by Rosario and her team—Diego, Krystal and Cheg—who took care of us, going above and beyond what you’d normally expect. That’s the service you get here—a property that is truly breathtaking.
The installation is great and the personal is also good. However, the beach has suffered significant erosion and is invaded by seaweed that gives a bad smell, so it’s unusable. I would not recommend it if you want a beach holiday. Also, when you get sick the house doctor wants you to visit the hospital, so you get overcharged.

Although the linens were good, some of the equipment felt a bit outdated, but I was assured that renovations are scheduled to begin on March 1, 2025, which should bring the hotel up to top-notch standards.

From check‑in right through to the final minute of check‑out, everything was wonderful. The room turned out to be a huge surprise—very large and impeccably clean.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is located in a private and peaceful area. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, there were a few drawbacks to my stay. The breakfast restaurant was a bit small for the number of guests, and the buffet options were limited. Additionally, I felt that the hotel price was a bit steep for what I got, especially considering that I was there to play golf with my friends.
