The hotel was well maintained overall, with no notable issues.
Just that's it's in the main street. The entry of the hotel was from basement. Difficulty in entering and finding commute. It doesn't look like a family hotel. The look was shady. Door card key was not working, everything I had to call the staff to open the door using physical key. The required thigs mentioned before booking the hotel or as listed in description was not provided. No sleeper, toiletries. The bed sheet etc were faded and not clean AC was making noise. Not suitable for family. I saw from next 1-2 rooms some short stay couple left covering their face completely (guess what that room was used for)
Google Maps labeled it a 5‑star hotel, but it’s hardly worth 2 stars; the entrance was filthy, the food quality was awful, we ordered faluda and it emitted a terrible smell from the glass, and overall it’s not family‑friendly.
