The location was great for my needs. I could easily access the highway. There are NO ELEVATORS. I didn’t see that information anywhere prior check‑in. I was travelling with my two young children and taking luggage up the stairs is inconvenient. I was told I could switch to a first‑floor room for an extra fee, but the first‑floor room had patio doors so I didn’t feel safe using that option. The facilities are okay… the cleanliness is lacking. The stairwells were disgusting, the hallways are dirty. Our room was okay, although the bathtub had some mold (small amount) in the caulking. The bottles of shampoo/conditioner (squeeze style that they refill) were sticky and not wiped down. Breakfast was a little hectic. The employee working the breakfast was very overwhelmed, it was a lot of work, however she was quite vocal about her stress and it was uncomfortable. My 6‑year‑old said we should help her because he felt she was too stressed out. The food was meh, average to below average hotel breakfast.
