The location was great. The staff were unfriendly, the room was dirty, the trash bin wasn’t emptied, guests from Luino came back in the afternoon and our balcony door was left wide open. We had a garden seat. That’s unacceptable.

The spot and the resort itself look great, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. However, there were some hooks for towels in the kitchen, and the dishes were stored high in the cupboard, which isn’t convenient for smaller people.

A creative, nice complex with a water feature within walking distance of the promenade to the lake. We had a nice room 312, quiet on the mountain side, with enough space for two people. The pool was already closed on 21.9.26? The indoor pool was rather bleak. Breakfast was sparse, only one type of cheese, no eggs, no whole‑grain bread. There are definitely better 4‑star options on Lago Maggiore. Beware: rooms facing the main street are very noisy; traffic toward the Swiss border starts at 06:00. The single beds are very narrow and the mattresses are rather hard—no topper available.
