Thys, the host, was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were immaculate and cozy, and the quiet setting added to the charm.

The only positives were the quiet spot, the lovely nature, and the comfortable bed. The shower was awful, there were no welcome goodies or a complimentary tray, and no toiletries were provided; I asked for a bar of soap and got no response, still waiting, and we had already booked out. When I asked for a bottle of water, the host said tap water was fine and we should use it. At check‑in there were only two coffee sachets, and when I requested two more for later, I received them an hour later. I was very disappointed and never saw the host again.
