The facilities are fine. The staff don’t handle the information about opening and closing times of the restaurants properly, nor do they manage the activities well, and the staff should be a bit more friendly.

The hotel is pretty, has a wonderful pool and water park, and I liked the sports bar because it’s large and comfortable, but the drink quality is terrible—only the Classica brand is used for all beverages, so the drinks are a 0/10. The restaurant staff are very friendly, but most of the bars were dull, possibly because of the number of Dominicans. I didn’t like the drinks at all; even the beer from the tank was bad and had a bad smell, so the drinks are definitely a 0/10.
