We were welcomed by everyone, especially Ana who attended us with great care and affection. Breakfast is simple but plentiful. The room is cozy, always clean and organized, with towels changed daily and hot shower water. We loved the place and will definitely return next time. Nothing to complain about.

The location is amazing, and the place is well organized. The staff are very friendly and kind. The window in our room didn’t lock, which made us feel a bit insecure even though the neighborhood is safe.

They went out of their way to let me in a little earlier than scheduled so I could rest, and I’m already very grateful for that. The room was spotless with scented bedding, the bathroom was extremely clean and well lit, and the location couldn’t be better: literally a 5‑minute walk to Costanera Center and Sky Costanera Tower, with easy access to the metro and bus lines. No complaints.

The location is amazing near the metro station and Costanera Center; I felt very safe walking around during the day and night. The receptionist welcomed us warmly and was always ready to help with anything we needed.

The rooms are very spacious and offer great value for money given the proximity to the main areas and the breakfast served. We could store our bags here for a small fee and were given an early breakfast because we were leaving very early.
