Everything you need for a relaxing stay is within walking distance, including a lovely day spa, and the rooms are a good size and well maintained. However, there weren’t enough staff at check‑in and my room wasn’t ready on time, which was disappointing.

The place is close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, but the room felt dated with a worn carpet and was not very clean. When I called reception, I had to ring repeatedly before they answered after half an hour. They said they would call housekeeping to bring towels, but after another 45 minutes nothing arrived, so I went back to reception and they finally gave me some. The service was very poor for a five‑star resort.

The location is good, but the restaurants and bar closed early on the public holiday. The neighbors were very noisy, partying all night, and the room’s lighting was too cool; a warmer hue would be better. Also, the TV remote was missing.
