I unexpectedly found a high‑class hotel with an incredible restaurant. The kitchen is very refined. Both the hotel’s interior and the restaurant deserve the highest rating. It’s exactly the kind of place I regret not being able to invite my friends to. I live in Kharkiv and will definitely find a reason to return.

It’s truly a very, very great hotel! The room is spacious and has everything you need. Clean, cozy, and the staff are very pleasant. On the second floor is a restaurant with fantastically tasty food. Absolutely 10/10. Wishing your business continued success!

The place is nice, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant is on the floor below, which is very convenient. We arrived at night, they accepted us, explained where the key was, recorded a video on how to get in—easy to navigate.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and pretty, plus a good breakfast. Getting there was convenient. It was a bit noisy; we could hear the restaurant downstairs and the neighbors.

The exterior looked good and was clean. I must say, neither the design, the room cleanliness, nor the hotel’s location (all of which are listed as positives) will bring you joy if you need a proper rest before a long trip. Why? Because the person who designed the rooms clearly didn’t understand what they were doing or the main purpose of the hotel. The main purpose is a QUIET SLEEP for guests. While staying here, you won’t even notice the walls. You’ll hear normal conversation in the adjacent room, or laughter and screams from a room two rooms away. There’s no sound‑proofing—none at all. The cherry on top is the room door: there’s no threshold. Yes, it’s simply missing. There’s a gap the width of a big finger between the floor and the door—such a design that you could build a house. So everything that happens in the corridor happens in your room. Think carefully before staying here. P.S. The most interesting part is that filling the walls with sound‑proofing foam, adding sound‑proof sandwich panels under drywall, costs nothing. Not to mention putting a damn threshold and sealing the door frame around the perimeter to eliminate the huge through‑hole in the common corridor!
