“I would never stay again”
It’s close to a grocery store, but there’s no place for pets to relieve themselves. I arrived to a room with the window open in 120‑degree weather, which left me heat‑stroked. Water leaked from the ceiling, and there was no coffee or tea as advertised. The place was dirty and falling apart, with smoking rooms that made the whole building smell like smoke. They claimed over the phone that cats were allowed, yet on arrival they said otherwise, forcing my cats to be moved. The door locks were broken and unsafe. The water was shut off for a few hours, so I couldn’t flush the toilet or shower. My curtain was riddled with holes, and there were holes in the walls.
