The hotel is very well located in the city, the price is quite affordable and the breakfast, within the limits, is good, with varieties: natural juices, cakes, cheese, fruit. Juazeiro do Norte is a place I recommend visiting, so I have nothing to complain about, everything was very nice.

The place is right in the middle of everything, and the staff were super friendly. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a great spot for anyone looking to stay in the city.

The front desk was incredibly courteous and made a great first impression. Breakfast had a wide variety and tasted great. I even came back after 10pm and was let in without any hassle. All in all, the service and hospitality were excellent.

The owner was very attentive and helpful, especially when I arrived on Friday and stayed through Sunday. But the hotel had some issues: the bathroom was filthy, the corridors had sweeping brooms and trash cans, and the Wi‑Fi modem on the ground floor was covered in dust. The room was tiny, barely fitting a larger guest between the bed and the wall, and the front desk on Saturday morning seemed annoyed.
