The room was very spacious. Drinks were included in the fridge, and the service was generous and of good quality. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful: I left an item in the hotel and they packed it carefully and shipped it to me. Check‑in was smooth, with assistance lifting my luggage. Nothing negative; it was perfect.

The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were flexible and available, finding a forgotten luggage and arranging to send it to the next hotel for a fee. Great job! The location is very central, with free cold drinks at certain times. On the second floor there’s a spot for making tea with friends around a big table, which really fits the hotel’s vibe. The room was small, and breakfast could only be chosen from a set menu, which was less convenient and didn’t suit our kosher, pork‑free diet.

Everything was great, but having a parking lot would have been even better.

חדר גדול ומרווח, מטבח מאובזר, צוות שירותי ואדיב. מיקום מעולה. מתאים מאוד למשפחות
