The property is located in a very convenient area for the city center, less than 10 minutes from Serdika and a few minutes from the Bridge of the Two Lions. The rooms are very basic but clean. The staff are very kind and welcoming. The first‑floor room is next to the 24‑hour reception, so you hear a lot of noise. There are no blinds, so the room isn’t fully darkened. The shower is just a spray and nothing more, which could be uncomfortable.

The location was good, the 24‑hour reception and very friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. The mattress was very old and the springs were sticking out. The bathroom could use a refresh. It’s quiet, but you can hear noise.

The room was tidy, had all the amenities I needed for a single night. The staff were lovely and helpful, especially when my flight was delayed and I had nowhere to leave my bags. I was in room 1 and couldn’t leave the windows open because smokers below would smoke into the room. Every time someone ran a tap or flushed the toilet, the sound carried into my room, so it was noisy all night. I could hear everything in the corridor, making it hard to sleep.
