I liked the location and the staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was extensive. The whole room was old and damaged, barely functioning. The air‑conditioner didn’t cool; after replacing the filter it got a little better. The fridge was heating, so we got a new one that actually worked. The lamp and decor above the bed were broken. The shower was limescale‑covered, with spray going in all directions except the proper stream. The rainfall shower leaked even when it was off, with cold water. Bathroom lighting was almost invisible, and the sink was too tight. The coffee at the café was undrinkable and overpriced.

The breakfast was okay, but the location isn’t great for tourists. Even though I had a non‑smoking room, the whole room and the hallway to the smokers still smelled like smoke. And despite being a large international hotel, there was hardly any beer for sale.

The staff were very nice. The facilities were modern and clean. The rooms were tidy, contemporary, and quiet. The location was good, with a PizzaHut directly opposite. Otherwise, one could quickly catch a taxi or grab a ride to other places.
