Carlo was extremely kind and helpful right up until the end; communication and organization were excellent. There’s a common room with tables, a kitchen, and a coffee machine that anyone can use at any time. The location is great, and the windows offer a beautiful view. When I return to Siena I’ll definitely book here again—thanks for the warm welcome and hospitality <3.

The place is close to the train station and the foreign students’ university in Siena, but it’s on the -3 underground floor, has only a window, no balcony or terrace, and no luggage storage. Breakfast—croissant with coffee or cappuccino—is served at a nearby bar.

The owner was very polite and helpful, and the location is good. Although there’s no balcony, the room faced the trees and the street was quiet. The bathroom needs a renovation.

The owner was courteous and gave directions to explore the city. The spot is ideal for train arrivals and just a short walk from the center. The premises are clean and the nearby bar serves a great breakfast; highly recommended for its excellent value.
