The air conditioning worked well, the location was good, and the price was reasonable. However, there was no Wi‑Fi on the property and the water pressure was very bad.

I was in the town center, but the rooms were cramped and the beds were uncomfortable, the shower pressure was almost nonexistent, and finding the receptionist to report any issue was a hassle.

Everything was close by, but the bed was too soft and the shower in the room I stayed in had very little water pressure; otherwise, I'd give it a perfect 10.

The stay was super comfortable, the location was great, and Jacinta was wonderful—super attentive and friendly! We stayed for five days and decided to extend a bit more because we loved Santa Catilia and the hostel was great!
