“Below Expectations – Poor Maintenance and Room Comfort”

Friendly staff, a Smart TV in the room, a location close to the beach, and an onsite parking lot were all good points. The electric terrace curtain was stuck and not working properly, mosquitoes swarmed the room, and sandal marks on the ceiling suggested previous guests tried to kill them. We paid extra for a large double bed, yet the room contained two single beds pushed together. The air conditioning system clearly needs a technical inspection and proper servicing.

My reservation was confirmed but they didn't let me know and they said that there is a problem with booking. I tried to contact booking but I still didn't get any answer, they wasted all my day.
