The property doesn’t exist; it’s a scam.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were very polite.
The price didn’t match what the app showed; the staff charged me more than the app listed, and the hotel’s name is The Green Valley, which is nothing like what’s in the app.
“unnecessarily difficult”
The staff were rude and showed zero customer‑service skills, acting as if they were forced to work and unhappy with life, lashing out at everyone they spoke to. Everything else, except the location, was bad.
Nothing was good at all. Everything about that hotel was terrible; it’s a shame they let it be listed on the site. The reception guy was extremely rude, swearing at me when I said I had booked two rooms and then told me none were available. I was left stranded with nowhere to go, and he told me to find another hotel. I would never recommend it. They advertised a lower price on the website but charged a lot more. The experience was very pathetic.
