The location and the room were special, but the staff didn’t acknowledge or respond to customers’ problems. After many calls, the room and bathroom still weren’t cleaned; the staff kept saying “wait 5 min, 30 min, etc.”, only extending the time until my checkout.
He outright told me that my booking wouldn't show up and the rooms listed were not even 30% accurate.

The place is a real third‑class hotel called Kuchha, registered under a different name. Everyone on the staff is male and all are idiots; the reception sofa is broken. The rooms weren't cleaned, the bathroom had no soap or towel, and the fan was missing. The biggest annoyance was the staff knocking on the room door. This is a crappy hotel.
