The bathrooms were dirty, full of hair, and overall unhygienic. No other issues.

The hotel sat right next to Helen and Piedmont College, and the staff were incredibly friendly; the property stayed very clean and there was plenty of parking.

“Will not come back here again!”

The location was good, but the AC didn’t work properly and condensation soaked the room, making my husband’s Harley Davidson hat wet and ruining one of my three pairs of shoes that were left by the AC. My clothes also got soaked. When I asked the front desk for help, the lady said the hotel was full and couldn’t give us another room, but she offered a dehumidifier. It arrived, yet it couldn’t stay on because the fan was so loud, scrubbing against something. I was very disappointed, left at 1:30 am because the room was too hot to sleep, and will not return. Also, the fruit was bad.

The hotel’s spot on the highway was convenient. The room had a musty smell and mold in the bathroom, which triggered my allergies right away; it took two days for my sinuses to calm down. I left a day early, but the front desk offered no compensation because the room was paid in full ahead of time.

“The beds were comfortable”

Breakfast was very good, and the location was good. However, there were no clear instructions for using the microwave, and even with all the lights on it was hard to see the buttons because it was too dark. I was trying to heat a pad for my husband’s knee and it finally exploded because it was overheated! We also needed towel racks in the bathroom.
