The only good thing about this place is its location; everything else is criticized. This stay did not live up to expectations at all. I had booked a double room with a toilet, but the first room I received lacked a toilet and had a shared bathroom in the corridor. I pointed this out and, after several attempts despite having paid for it, I was given another room with a bathroom in the room. When I tried to shower, the shower didn’t work because there was no water, and the bathroom was very dirty. I had to point out the problem again just to be able to shower, and then I was shown a third room that actually had a functioning bathroom in the room. Besides that, the pool was not in use, which I mentioned the next day, but the staff said it would be usable later. The pool was covered in algae, completely green, with leaves and dirt all over it. I’m not sensitive about my accommodation, I can live very frugally, but this was not at all like the pictures or the description. If the property received maintenance, the staff actually cleaned and kept it in better condition, and if you got what you paid for, it could have potential because of the great location. But they have a long way to go, and I would not recommend booking this place until they fix basic issues.
