Tesoro Hotel Zakynthos

“We’ve stayed 3 times and always found it value for”

Modern overall, the staff are always fantastic and the food is lovely, although this time the food wasn’t hot enough. The umbrellas were tatty, the pool looked tired, and every drink was disgusting, but we don’t stay there often, so it doesn’t matter to us.

Everything was at or above expectations: the food was varied with a large selection, the all‑inclusive service differed from other Greek hotels with a high level of service, rooms were tidy, clean, and linen changed daily. The lift was confusing because you need two lifts to reach the top floor, which is inconvenient for someone in shape. Wi‑Fi was good except around 20:00 when it was overloaded. The pools were OK, the cocktail bar was great, and the staff deserved praise. The only issue was parking: a hotel of this type should provide parking for all guests. Street parking was unacceptable; some guests parked in front of the hotel, and a parking space was reserved for them, leaving none for us. Even when we offered to pay, they said no, despite arriving after them. Because of parking, the rating is 9 instead of 10.

We highly recommend this hotel! ❤️ We had a wonderful holiday here and honestly, it’s hard to find anything to complain about. The biggest highlight of the hotel is definitely the staff – everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were always there whenever we needed anything and created such a lovely atmosphere throughout our stay. A very special thank you to the lovely blonde lady and the gentleman with glasses working at the bar! ❤️ They were both incredibly kind, friendly and always smiling. After just a few days, they made us feel more like friends than hotel guests. We really enjoyed chatting with them, and every visit to the bar was even more enjoyable thanks to them. They are wonderful people who we will definitely remember and miss! 🥰🍹 The food was also really good – there was plenty of choice and everything was fresh and tasty. The bar was fantastic too, with great service and delicious drinks! The location is very good, while the hotel itself is peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax. It’s also a great base for exploring Zakynthos and discovering the beauty of the island. We will remember our stay very fondly and would definitely love to come back! ❤️ A huge thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable. We can absolutely recommend this place – 5/5! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The accommodation is in a good spot, about 150 m from the pedestrian street, and on a small hill it gives a nice view from the room. They cleaned every day and even gave us fresh towels daily, even though we didn’t ask. The food was acceptable; don’t expect a 5‑star all‑inclusive, but we had something tasty every day. The reception ladies were always friendly, smiling, and helpful. It would have been better if we received more than one card in the room, and the shower’s water setting was hard to find. The hotel looks nice at first glance, but a closer look shows that they don’t invest much in quality, so it probably isn’t a 4‑star.
