Thank you for a wonderful experience! The Best Western in Cooperstown completely lived up to the high standards set by our previous stay at the Flathead Lake location in Montana. We found fresh, tasty food and a wide selection is always a fantastic way to start the day. Well done!. We found the room rates a bit on the high side. We get that the close proximity to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum Is the driver if this room rate

The staff were clean and friendly. The pillows were too hard, but the mattress was very comfy. There weren’t enough outlets in the room.

Breakfast was great and the timing worked well for our early game at Dreams Park. I went to the desk to ask for a TV channel guide and they didn’t have one; the home button wouldn’t move on the clicker.

Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was fantastic, making the whole stay enjoyable, though the beds felt a bit uncomfortable.
