This place feels like a home away from home—quiet, clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, so I’ll definitely return and recommend it to other travelers. The only downside is that bottled water and some soft drinks are sold at a price that feels too high; they should be complimentary, but otherwise the place is beautiful.

Polo Guesthouse is well‑located, offering a high level of privacy, and its rooms are beautifully appointed, modern, clean, and impeccably maintained—so much so that it’s become my go‑to spot whenever I’m in Polokwane. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and flexible, always ready to help with a smile, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. It’s one of those places that makes me think about extending my trip. The bathroom in one of the larger rooms could use an upgrade, but it was still very neat and clean; the smaller rooms, however, are impeccable.
