The staff were very friendly and the room was generally a good standard, but the shower temperature control was not functioning fully; only warm water at most, no hot shower.

Soggiorno perfetto. Posizione di fronte all ingresso ovest delle mura. Hotel moderno e nuovo. Stanze ampie, luminose e molto pulite. Colazione variegata ed abbondante

I landed right in front of the old town entrance, which was super convenient. The breakfast was disappointingly limited; on the first day there was a decent buffet, but on the next two days they just served leftovers from that buffet. The bed linens were too short for the bed size.

The location was very close to the west gate, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it.
