The property is spacious and offers a genuine Italian experience while mingling with locals. It was a bit hard to locate the breakfast café, and you only get one pastry and one coffee, which is different from other B&B breakfasts.

Massimo was fantastic, greeting us at the hotel and taking us up to the apartment, even helping with our very heavy luggage. The flat was very comfortable. The shower was a bit small – I’m 6'7". I appreciate that they actually had an elevator; it saved my trip. Huge props for that.

The location is good. The coffee machine isn’t in the room but at the ground floor entrance, and it has no pods. The TV has weak signal and often cuts out.

Good location, clean. The bed was terrible, far too soft; I slept on the floor.

The rooms were comfortable, with a decent bed and linens. The pastry shop offered a great breakfast that was included in the stay. The kitchen, however, could use more attention and equipment; it only had a basic microwave that worked. The fridge and water supply were excellent.
