The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at reception, the location was good, the restaurant quality was high, they assisted with the room change, and the breakfast was excellent. Some restaurant employees were a bit lacking.

The location is great—walking to the town and the ship docking spot is quick.

The view over the lake was beautiful, the pools were a lot of fun, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast and dinner restaurants were nice, and the room had a very large terrace.

The breakfast was far below what we expected; by 08:30 there were no croissants left and the cold cuts were spread very thin. The whole property is shown in great pictures, but that doesn’t match reality.
