“Personal excelente, habitación ruidosa en la mañana”
The staff were very attentive and always ready to help with whatever you need. The location is convenient. However, the windows don’t insulate at all, and the traffic noise starts from 6 am in the morning.
“Small but perfect hotel with excellent hospitality. Exceeded my expectations in every way”
I came in expecting a very basic hotel but was amazed by how fantastic this place turned out to be. The small details and main offerings were all impressive. The staff were beautiful and extremely helpful, reachable via WhatsApp anytime. There’s a small reception/restaurant area on the ground floor. Rooms are on the next level up, each with a large balcony overlooking the mountains and rice fields. On the rooftop, there’s a small pool and beds to enjoy the sun. In the bedrooms, the beds are comfortable, and you get water every day. There’s a safe and a decent hairdryer (most 5‑star hotels don’t provide one!) and they even gave me a charging adaptor. There are plenty of clothes hangers (not fixed to the rail – thank god!) and even room slippers. The air conditioning was good too. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here – it was even sad to leave. You can have breakfast delivered to the room (three options to choose from). There’s a lovely coffee shop a few minutes’ walk from the hotel and some restaurants within walking distance as well. I can’t recommend it more and would definitely stay again! The only thing to consider is its location – it’s a little remote, which I didn’t mind, but you can rent a scooter to get around. The only extra thing that would be helpful is a fridge in the room to keep water or food cool, but that’s me being very picky.
The accommodation in Munduk is really nice, feels new, super clean, and the food portions are huge. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It’s right in front of some beautiful rice fields.
The host and the staff were extremely friendly and assisted with every question and request. The accommodation was clean, and we enjoyed a nice, large balcony overlooking the rice fields. The pool area was very clean and had loungers. Breakfast was generous, with plenty of fresh fruit. Laundry service was included and completed within 24 hours. The only drawback was the limited storage space for luggage and clothes.
The view, the breakfast served in the room, the dinner, and the good mood of the staff. The mattress was a bit too soft for our taste, and the shower was a bit capricious when it came to hot water.
