The place was a disaster. The gate intercom was broken and there was no security, so we had to call the office and wait a long time for someone to open the gate. We didn’t get a remote for the gate, meaning we had to find personnel every time we wanted to leave or enter. The premises were in major renovation, with dust, rubble everywhere, and guests had to walk over piles of debris. The noise from the renovations and grinders was constant, providing zero peace. The hallway to my room was cluttered with tables and furniture, looking filthy and unwelcoming. The room itself was a mess: the air‑con didn’t work, there was no TV remote, no blanket, and the sheets were old, hard, and faded. The bedding was worn, pillow cases were torn and mismatched in color (one light blue, one white). There was only one coffee mug and no teaspoons. The bathroom door was broken and didn’t close; the handle was wired together. I tried to test the hot water, but the shower flooded because it was blocked. There was no rail in the bathroom to hang wet items, no dustbin in the room or bathroom, and no rug or mat next to the bed or shower even though the floor was ceramic tiled.

The location is central. We experienced a water outage.

The place was very clean and the staff gave a warm welcome, and check‑in was smooth. The only issue was the noise from other guests, and no one seemed to address it.
