Price & location. Where to begin…pool area had multiple things that needed repair, replacing or clean up. Room literally had bugs crawling on the walls & also needed some repair/upkeep. Breakfast in the early morning had 1 rotten apple in the fruit bowl. Boiled egg bowl had 2 very old eggs

The location was convenient to many nearby attractions, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that our toilet ran most of the night.

The spot is great, but everything else was fine.

Breakfast offered more than I expected, with a wide range of items. When we checked in, we paid cash and asked for a receipt, but the staff said it would arrive in the morning. I was uneasy about my credit card being charged for incidental fees, so I had to call for help instead of just leaving the keys and not getting the receipt.

I liked how close it was to my business meeting. The room had three lights over the sink—two separate colors and one burnt out. The sheets had stains, as did one chair and both window shades. The hot tub was actually a smaller jetted tub that didn’t fit me, and both the exhaust fan above it and the bathroom fan were broken. When filling the tub, water leaked onto the floor, and the sink faucet also leaked. The TV worked but the remote only let you scroll up and down, so you couldn’t jump straight to channel 30 from 3. The gym’s elliptical was rusty and everything seemed to have mold or something that looked like mold.
