I booked a room in what looked like a family home, but it turned out to be a total disaster. The kids were screaming nonstop and it was basically like staying in a public house. I didn't even last 30 minutes before I checked out and asked for a refund. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the option to request a refund on the app, so I'm still out of pocket.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of this place - it's spotless, I mean, I've never seen a hotel room so tidy. The staff are friendly too, they were always happy to help with any questions or requests. The only thing that let it down was the bathroom, which was missing a mirror, which was a bit of a pain when getting ready in the morning. Overall, it's a great little place to stay, especially if you're looking for a spotless room.
