Conrad Orchard impressed us from the clean, spacious rooms to the incredibly comfortable beds, and we’ll always choose this hotel because the staff are helpful and friendly; the restaurants are great too, but we wish they sold the Byredo products they leave in the rooms.

The sushi restaurant is great, but the air conditioner is too strong and cannot be turned off.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful in every way, and the breakfast was very good but could have offered more options – I’ve seen better.

The place feels warm and the staff are welcoming, but the Wi‑Fi is bad and the value for money aspect could be better.

The location in leafy Orchard is great, the staff are lovely, and the room is really good sized, yet the hotel’s design with rooms around a huge atrium makes it a bit noisy on weekend nights when weddings happen downstairs.
