A wonderfully quiet hotel with sea view. I’ve rarely had such a spacious room, and everything was thought out.

“Relax”

Las instalaciones fueron buenas, pero al reservar con un mes de antelación pedí habitación en plantas superiores y no se tuvo en cuenta; me dijeron que podría haber un incremento de precio, pero no me ofrecieron ni valoraron esa posibilidad, aunque cuando hice la reserva no había diferencia de precio por planta o vista.

“Très belle établissement, bien placé, confortable, calme, propre et moderne”

The location is great, the place is clean, the breakfast is good, and the hotel feels modern. The only downside was the noise.

The room was lovely, and I was happy to get a second‑floor room when I asked for one. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was cooked exactly how I liked it. The elevator moved quickly and the sun loungers were very comfortable, with daily cleaning. The balcony was large, well‑equipped, and the curtains fit perfectly. Housekeeping was efficient and always arrived at the same time each day. I especially appreciated that the minibar could be emptied and used as a fridge, and the safe was high quality and free. Overall, a great stay. The room could use some bedside tables with drawers; the design seemed to favor form over function a bit too much.

The stay was exceptional in this beautiful hotel right on the water. The center of Puerto Calero is close enough to walk to but far enough to feel truly peaceful. The staff were very attentive (special mention for the extra care on our anniversary), and the rooms were spacious and lovely. The shower offered a sea view! We’ll definitely return.
