I spent a fantastic weekend at Malowane Wrota with my daughters; they fell in love with the alpacas, cats, and rabbits, and the idea of reading in a lounge chair among curious alpacas was brilliant while I read and the kids fed them; I recommend a bike trip to Tykocin, renting bikes on site.

A quiet, peaceful spot right on the Narva, surrounded by pets and farm animals, which is a bonus for animal lovers, with excellent contact with the hosts; the small cottage is comfortable and well equipped, and for motorists it’s a great base for trips to NPN, NPB, Białystok, Tykocin, Supraśl, or the open‑window region, but the TIPI tent disappointed us a bit, looking worse than on the photos, with questionable bedding, unwanted insects, and a torn mosquito net; for the brave, one night is possible; breakfast was inadequate for the price, missing bread and coffee, though you can bring your own provisions because the kitchen has basic equipment.

The hosts were wonderful and friendly, the area was very nice, and the animals charmed the whole family. Nothing was lacking; everything was superb.

The Samo Tipi feels atmospheric and is situated in a beautiful riverside spot, though the lighting is poor.

The place is close to nature and you can interact with animals, which is lovely.
