“Not exactly the quality i was expecting for what i paid”

I loved the hotel's central location, which made it easy to get around the area. However, my room had some major issues - the pull-out couch bed was heavily stained, and the picture of the room showed a lovely corner tub, but the actual tub was basic. When I asked for a fitted sheet, the front desk delivered more flat sheets, which wasn't exactly what I was looking for.

“Disappointed”

I was really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, but unfortunately, it wasn't available during my stay. The hotel's amenities didn't quite live up to my expectations, which was a bit of a letdown. On the other hand, the hotel's location was convenient and the staff seemed friendly.

Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel, thanks to its lovely fire pit area and pet-friendly atmosphere. The staff, including Melissa at the front desk and the maintenance guys, were all incredibly kind and helpful. However, the pool and hot tub area had an overwhelming amount of chlorine, which made it difficult for me to even be in the vicinity, let alone swim.

“If you want to get ripped off with no explanation by all means stay here”

I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel in Saratoga. Although the outdoor space was pleasant, I was shocked to find that I had been overcharged for my room, and despite reaching out multiple times, I received no response from the hotel. This led me to question the value of my stay, which I felt was mediocre at best. As a frequent visitor to Saratoga, I won't be returning to this hotel anytime soon.
