When I reached the hotel, I liked the place and the staff. The bathroom was clean, the room was clean, and the toiletries were good. The location is also perfect. The one staff who brought our luggage to the room was a little rude. The kettle in the room was missing; when I asked him, he brought a kettle that was dirty. I told him to clean it, but he neglected it. The bed cover was also not clean; it was full of stain in it.

The cleanliness was great and, most importantly, the service by all the staff was excellent. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and the location was great. There were no negatives.

The place was clean and the beds were comfy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the room Wi‑Fi never worked during our stay, which was a real pain for us foreigners who needed to stay in touch with family.
