The room they gave me was okay. When I arrived, I had booked a room that matched the picture on your site, yet I received a very small room that had nothing to do with the photo. I complained and asked to either change rooms or cancel for free, but the staff were cold and told me I couldn’t swap rooms and that if I wanted to cancel it had to happen right then. They also said I’d only get my money back after two months. I’m in the middle of a tight budget trip and can’t wait two months for 60% of what I paid to come back, so I was stuck. Luckily, the next day they moved me to another room when they realized their mistake.

Very good value, not bad for a good purpose, but a little bit far.

Location is great, close to pier, walking street, and jomtien bus station. The photos are a little misleading, booked a junior suite with terrace (photos depicted it to be big and roomy but it was not at all for even 4 people), better to book individual rooms in pairs if you're a family or large group
