The room needs a single window for proper ventilation, and the air conditioning should be better quality. Also, the common area lacked bin bags, so we couldn't dispose of coffee grounds to brew fresh coffee.

I liked the location, but I wished there were more tea options even though coffee was available.

The kitchen is great, the spot is convenient, and the small fridge in the room was very handy; the room and common areas were clean. However, the water pressure is relatively weak and the shower is quite small.

The hotel is very central, clean, and the whole team is friendly and helpful. They also offered a 10% discount at one restaurant, which was nice. The only downside is that you can hear everything in the morning because the walls are a bit thin, but it’s acceptable.

The location is excellent for exploring Palermo. Given the price, the room’s small size and limited natural light are understandable. The bathroom is spacious, and the shared kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary appliances. I’d recommend this place to people who spend most of their day out walking around the city.
