The building was beautiful and the spot was excellent, the layout and modern bathroom were good, but there was no elevator and the dining room and kitchen were closed.

“Great location! A few negatives.”

The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the downtown area. My husband left his therapeutic pillow there; we noticed it and called within two hours of leaving. The staff said they hadn’t found it. It took four phone calls and our insistence that they re‑check the room before they finally located it. The housekeeping staff had found it, assumed it was just an extra pillow, and stashed it in the closet. They never informed anyone that they had found an extra pillow, even though it had a homemade pillowcase. This caused us a lot of anxiety because he really needs that pillow for therapeutic reasons. The bathroom was quite small, with only a pedestal sink, so there was little space to put anything. The climb up three stories was also a negative, as there is no elevator.

Excellent location, convenient to park an electric car since there are charging stations just behind the hotel. The narrow stairs mean we can easily hear people walking on the outside gallery.
