The hotel was a great find, and I was really impressed with how everything came together. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was really comfy. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but the noise from the street was a bit of a problem at night. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again - it was a great value for the price.

This place has a fantastic location, with a great balance of autonomy and activity on the street. The nearby boxing stadium and bar area can get lively in the evenings, but it's not a major issue for most people. What really made our stay stand out, though, was the microwave in the room - it's a small thing, but it's a huge bonus when you're on the go.

We were blown away by the beauty and cleanliness of the rooms here - they're big, spacious, and perfectly maintained. The little cafe downstairs is a lovely touch, and the owners are some of the friendliest people you'll meet. The location is also a major plus, with the river just a 5-minute walk away. If I'm being picky, the bed was a bit hard, but we slept like rocks anyway. And yes, it can get a bit noisy, but that's just part of the fun when you're staying near the bars and boxing arena.

For a budget stay, P'Lyn House really exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and private, and Lyn the manager speaks fantastic English, which was a huge help. The value for money is incredible, and we'd definitely come back if we're in Chiang Mai again. The only thing that might bother some people is the noise from the nearby bars, but the building has great sound insulation, so it wasn't a problem for us.

The location of this place is perfect for fans of the Loi Kroh fights, and the convenient entrance to the rooms via a back security door is a nice touch. As someone who often had late work meetings, I appreciated being able to come and go as I pleased. The only minor issues we had were with the water supply on the top floor, which can be a bit noisy due to the pumping system. But overall, it was a great place to stay.
