The room was a good size, but the bathroom needs a glass shower cabin, proper cleaning, and better amenities. The bathroom and cleaning were lacking.

A prime spot on a hilltop that still feels easy to navigate, this place really delivers. The green lounge area is the highlight—stepping out onto the road feels like a breath of fresh air, and the river view from the property is a big plus. There’s a kids’ play area too. The staff shine: front desk, kitchen, everyone is welcoming, helpful, and goes the extra mile, even offering free accommodation for my driver without extra cost. I enjoyed the stay and would return. On the downside, breakfast variety could improve; it felt repetitive each day, a common issue in Swat hotels. The washroom amenities on the 2nd and 3rd floors look a bit outdated and could use upgrades. Overall, a pleasant stay with great location, views, and service—highly recommended for greenery, river views, and family-friendly vibes.
